The League of Women Voters of the Bangor Area, the Bangor Public Library and the UU Society, Bangor, Social Justice Committee announce a forum for the State House seat in District 21.
Each candidate was given three minutes for an introductory statement, then, each candidate will be given two minutes to answer this question: What do you think is the most pressing problem the people living in the Bangor area are currently facing and what can the State do to help? This was followed by questions from the public. Candidates were given two minutes to answer each of the public’s questions. After the public questions, each candidate wiwew given two minutes for a closing statement.
This forum is a nonpartisan event designed to allow residents to learn more about the candidates in this election.
