The League is known as a good information source, and we're already being asked to give these talks! This training will focus on how to talk about the upcoming ballot question in the broader context of voter suppression. We'll walk through the presentation we've put together, taking our time to discuss it. Then we'll talk through strategies for dealing with situations that come up when you're speaking. At the end of the hour and a half, you'll be equipped to take on the challenge of helping make sure everyone in Maine knows how important it is to vote No in November to save Maine absentee voting.

This training will assume you're already fairly familiar with the subject matter, and will focus on how we can teach people about it.
